At Cake Monster, we strive to provide timely and reliable delivery services for all our delicious cakes and cupcakes. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the delivery of your orders.

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery services within the Lahore area through trusted third-party delivery partners. Our goal is to ensure your treats arrive fresh and in perfect condition.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to the following areas of Lahore:

  • Gulberg, Lahore Cantonment, DHA (All Phases), Model Town, Mall Road Area, Faisal Town, Iqbal Town, Muslim Town, Bahria Town, Bahria Orchard, Lake City, All Societies on Canal Road within Lahore, All Societies on Raiwind Road before Raiwind.

Delivery Times

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed and prepared within 3-4 business days.
  • Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are made within 4-6 hours of the provided time and date, to be communicated and confirmed by Cake Monster via email. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they look out for this email in their inbox and any spam folders if and as required.
    Delivery Fees
  • Delivery fees vary based on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
  • Free delivery on orders over Rs. 20,000, within specified areas.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order status through the provided link or by contacting our customer service team.

Delivery Attempts

  • Our delivery partners will make one attempt to deliver your order. If the delivery cannot be made, the recipient is responsible for picking up the order, or Cake Monster will charge a fee of $5,000 for a second attempt.

Delivery Conditions

  • Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.
  • If this is a surprise gift for someone, please ensure there is a second contact in the near vicinity who can be accessed in case the recipient does not pick up the phone.
  • If you have specific delivery instructions, please provide them at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Quality Assurance

We take great care to ensure that your order is delivered in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please take a picture and email us the details at the provided email address. We will respond to you within 18-24 hours.
