Please ensure your selected payment method is able to accommodate international transactions. As a matter of courtesy, Cake Monster will pay the 2% transaction fee charged by our payment processor.

Yes, our website is hosted on a .pk domain, which is managed and regulated by the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, ensuring its validity and security for transactions.

For website orders, we accept various payment methods including all major debit/credit cards. This is by far the most convenient and safest payment method for both parties due to third party processors. For other payment methods (Bank transfer), please place an order using our Instagram page. All delivery orders and pickup orders need to be paid in advance.

Yes, you can specify your preferred delivery time when placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request but please note that we use third party delivery services and the actual delivery timeframe may be (+/-) four hours from the one request.
